I am a dedicated software developer with a background in mathematics, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I am proficient in programming languages including Python, Java, C, Javascript, and Assembly, with experience across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
My professional experience includes working as a software developer at DarkTower, where I maintain analytical tools and web scrapers, manage PostgreSQL databases, and contribute to enhancing our in-house website using React. Additionally, I serve as a Teaching Assistant for various courses including Algorithms and Data Structures, Computer Organization and Assembly Language, and Systems Programming, where I assist students in problem-solving and debugging, teach weekly labs, and provide individual tutoring.
I've strived to be engaged in the tech community as the president of the Association of Computing Machinery and a member of Women in Tech. I also attend regular AI meetups in Birmingham. My goal is to apply my diverse skills to contribute to innovative software solutions in a dynamic company.
